BY USING OUR SITE OR SIGNING UP FOR OUR TRADER PROGRAMS, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SITE.

Who is Involved?



  • MainetX (Company): Provide trading packs through its trader program.
  • You (Client): Accept these terms by enrolling in MainetX’s Trader Programs.

Nature of Services


  • Educational Purpose: MainetX offers COPY TRADING accounts for traders to enhance risk management and trading psychology.
  • Non-Regulated Activities: MainetX is not registered or regulated and does not act as a financial institution or broker.

Funding and Capital Management


  • MainetX does not invest or trade with clients’ capital. All funding comes from company revenue.

Who Can Be Funded?


  • The Client must be at least 18 years old.
  • Clients from any nationality can join, except residents of Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and Iran, United States Of America , Iraq , Afghanistan, Libye.

Prohibited Actions


  • Clients must not trade Funded Accounts in coordination with other traders.
  • Clients must not use another person’s name on funded accounts.
  • Accounts must be used individually.

KYC Procedure


  • Proof of Identity (ID, Passport, or Driver's License).
  • Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, etc.).
  • A selfie holding the ID.
  • A 30-second short video.

Compliance & Account Termination



  • Clients must manage positions responsibly.
  • Violation of these Terms may result in account termination without a refund.
  • Accounts inactive for 30 days will be terminated.

Payouts


  • Payouts are deducted from the account balance, with transfer fees applied.
  • Profit Share withdrawals via Bank Transfer, Stripe, or Crypto.
  • Accounts must be in net profit and all trades closed to request a payout.

Communication


  • Email, Discord, and Live Chat are official communication channels.
  • MainetX may terminate accounts if traders fail to respond to official emails.

Security & Responsible Use


  • Clients must keep login details secure.
  • Unauthorized access will result in permanent account suspension.

Liability & Disclaimers


  • No Warranties: Services are provided "as-is" without guarantees.
  • No Financial Advice: MainetX does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
  • Not Responsible for Third-Party Content: MainetX is not liable for third-party website content.
  • Limitation of Liability: MainetX is not responsible for trading losses or missed profits due to service issues.

Indemnification


  • You agree to indemnify MainetX against claims arising from misuse.
  • Legal action due to violations of these Terms.
  • Losses from unauthorized alterations or fraudulent activities.

Jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall be settled in the UAE courts.


Final Agreement


These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MainetX. By using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by them.
