All services are offered strictly for educational and skill-development purposes.

3. Funding and Capital Management

MainetX does not invest, trade, manage, or hold client funds.

Any simulated funding or trading environment provided through the platform:

  • Uses company resources
  • Does not involve deposits from users
  • Does not represent ownership of real trading capital by the user

4. Eligibility – Who Can Participate

To use MainetX services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

Participation may be restricted for residents of certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to:

  • United States of America
  • Syria
  • North Korea
  • Cuba
  • Iran

5. Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

  • Coordinate trading activity with other users
  • Use multiple accounts or false identities
  • Access accounts registered under another person’s name
  • Engage in abusive, manipulative, or fraudulent behavior

Each account must be used individually and responsibly.

6. KYC Procedure

MainetX may require identity verification, including:

  • Proof of identity (passport, ID card, or driver’s license)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Selfie holding identification
  • Short verification video

All KYC data is processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Compliance & Account Termination

Users are expected to manage activity responsibly and in compliance with these Terms.

MainetX reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts following internal compliance review
  • Restrict access in case of violations or suspicious activity
  • Close inactive accounts after 30 days

Account termination decisions are final and subject to internal review procedures.

8. Payouts & Withdrawals

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the UAE.

14. Final Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MainetX and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
